To be an explorer in the 1920s and 1930s is to stand on the shoulders of giants; it is to participate in the last great wave of explorations into the most remote corners of the planet¸ at a time when great shifts in global geopolitics are remaking the world. The Explorer Occupation Kit builds on the brief occupation information found in the Keeper and Investigator handbooks¸ providing easy-to-use information about playing an Explorer in Call of Cthulhu's Classic Setting. Included here¸ is information on becoming an Explorer¸ roleplaying tips¸ public perceptions of Explorers¸ real-life examples from the 1920s and 30s¸ variant skill lists¸ and sample Explorer equipment for different environments.
