B.U.R.P.S. Starter Kit (BRP)
B.U.R.P.S. is the Basic Universal Role-Playing System. This kit includes the B.U.R.P.S. rules¸ a complete module¸ pre-made characters¸ character stand-ups¸ markers¸ and map tiles for the complete adventure contained in the module. This kit is intended for experienced role players¸ wargamers¸ and board gamers. The B.U.R.P.S. rules are extremely simple (printable in readable font onto both sides of a single sheet of paper) but presume working knowledge of multiple R.P.G. rules systems. This kit also takes things a step further than miniatures R.P.G.s. Traditional R.P.G.s are P.N.P.¸ but this kit strives to take pencils out of the equation with various markers and an innovative system for character sheets and items. Almost everything in the kit is also compatible with any other role-playing system or miniatures system from 25mm-32mm. Please note that there has been NO PLAYTESTING of any of this material. The author is currently simply enjoying proof of concept as a hobby with no available playgroup. Purchasers are only risking a dollar.
