Beginning adventure designed for BareBones Fantasy
Being sent north on an errand was supposed to be a treat¸ not to mention a break from toil during harvest time. The north road means Trestlewood¸ and Trestlewood means honey ale - the best ale in the kingdom! Nor are you disappointed. Your errand¸ however¸ takes you further north from Trestlewood to the manorial estates of lord Lockton. Your liege¸ the baron¸ has missed his friend at court and fears something has happened. Lockton Manor is the northernmost fief of baron Collingwood¸ and as you near the estates¸ you find the road is overgrown; a heavy air of dread engulfs you. But¸ on the other hand¸ the sudden thought of toiling in the lord's fields sounds more appealing.
