You are the core¸ the head of the snake¸ the heart of the effort. You have followers or minions or summons. Where as other hunters keep their war private or only between a handful of friends and others work for the interests of wider organizations¸ you lead an organization.
You might be the leader of a coven of vampires¸ employ a mercenary army¸ command legions of vengeful spirits or have lots of people who are inspired by you. Regardless¸ your power is manpower.
