Companion Class: Ranger of the Vast (PBtA)



Expert hunter¸ world-class tracker¸ judge¸ jury¸ diplomat and warrior. A Ranger is all these things and more. Once the exiled vagabonds of the Vast¸ these downtrodden criminals¸ refugees and marginalized banded together and learned to survive where no one else can¸ and have risen to be one of the most invaluable forces this side of the Empty.

The Ranger of the Vast is a new Companion Class for Dungeon World¸ primarily designed for use with the Boughs setting - Companion classes are complimentary subclasses designed for use alongside standard playbooks. At character creation¸ simply pick a normal playbook (Fighter¸ Wizard¸ etc) and also select a Companion Class. Throughout character creation and play¸ you may select options from either sheet.
