Choose Your Weapon!
This optional rule assigns an ability to a weapon type so that weapon choice matters when heroes begin an action sequence. Protect your allies with your pike¸ swing a little harder with your broadsword¸ and carve your initial into your opponent with your rapier!
Additional rules are offered to bind and disarm an opponent (or even break their weapon!) as well as the ability to dodge a firearm¸ albeit at great cost.
