In both the legacy system¸ and in 4C¸ the martial arts skill only added a basic +1 Row Step bonus to the character's Melee trait. With the optional Skill Levels rules¸ we take Martial Arts to a whole new - well - level! We also have five new Martial Arts NPCs¸ five Martial Arts styles from around the world¸ and an arsenal of Martial Arts weaponry!
